How much does Sebastian’s Bistro Cost?

You definitely get a lot for your money at Sebastian’s Bistro and we think it’s a great budget friendly dining option at Disney. Adults are $29 and kids $17, making this an amazing value especially for an all you care to enjoy dining experience. Keep in mind that Sebastian’s Bistro is only open for dinner at this time (we visited May 2022) so plan accordingly.

Sebastian’s Bistro Menu

When we made reservations, we were wondering if this is an all you care to enjoy restaurant since reviews were mixed. We came in May 2022 and it was, our waiter offered to bring us more of any meat or side dish. Here is what you can expect from the Taste of the Caribbean menu when dining at Sebastian’s Bistro.

You can see a video of our experience at this link.

Drinks at Sebastian’s Bistro

There are many specialty drinks at Sebastian’s Bistro. We aren’t big into alcohol, so we didn’t try those, however we did try their non-alcoholic options and they were great! We got the Sebastian Island Paradise, which is a frozen blend of passion fruit, orange and guava and Flounder Colada of Reason, which is a frozen blend of pineapple, coconut and banana with orange flavored ice cream. This one tasted just like a pina colada!

Appetizers at Sebastian’s Bistro

As soon as you are seated, you will be served buttery, house-baked pull apart rolls. These rolls come with guava butter and caramelized onion jam and are absolutely amazing!

The guava butter and onion jam are so good!

In addition to the rolls, the spice necklace salad is served at this time. This salad consists of mixed greens and kale with pumpkin seeds, grilled pineapple, orange, spiced candied walnuts and radish with key lime dressing.

The dressing was light and so good!

You are also able to order fried coconut shrimp as an appetizer which we did and it was really good! It comes with chipotle dipping sauce which was good as well.

Entrees at Sebastian’s Bistro

On to the main course! You have the option of choosing the regular meat entrees or if you don’t eat meat, they do have a plant based vegetarian option as well. The regular meat options, which is what we had, consists of oven roasted citrus chicken, slow cooked mojo pork with mango sambal and grilled flank steak with mojito relish. For your sides, you will receive cilantro rice and beans, vegetable curry and grilled broccolini.

The side dishes

The plant based option includes Impossible kabobs, fried jerk tofu and Impossible sausage. The sides for both the meat and plant based entrees remain the same.

Our entire family agreed that the mojo pork was our favorite, that’s the only thing we asked for more of!

Dessert at Sebastian’s Bistro

On to the best part of the meal! The dessert at Sebastian’s Bistro is amazing! This house made coconut banana bread pudding reminds you of the islands and is so good! It’s served with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. If you opt for the plant based option, it will be served with plant based caramel sauce and vanilla rice milk frozen dessert instead of ice cream. This dessert was very sweet, so none of us could eat much of it, but it’s so yummy!
